  • Opertion Sadbhavana

    Operation Sadbhavana (meaning Goodwill) was launched by the Indian Army in terrorism affected rural areas of Jammu & Kashmir where terrorists and anti-national elements had wrought havoc by large scale destruction of government property and public assets like schools, bridges, electricity supply system etc causing severe hardships to locals. The focus of Operation Sadbhavna has been on Quality Education, Women and Youth Empowerment, Infrastructure Development and Health and Veterinary Care. Educational / Motivational Tours outside J&K are undertaken to expose the rich heritage and progress of India for the students, youth and opinion makers.

    As part of this initiative, Ideal Creations partnered with the Indian Army to conduct an industrial tour of it’s factories and offices and for the youths from conflict hit Kashmir region. The youths were exposed to details of leather manufacturing and handbags and garments making. An attempt was made to expose these young people from a conflict hit region see the positive side of growth and benefits of skill development.

    The cooperation of Ideal Creations was much appreciated by the visiting students and the army brass who accompanied them on the visit.

  • Rural Hospital Infrastructure Development

    The Government Hospital at Manpur, Jaipur is the rural healthcare facility catering to the villages around the Industrial Complex which house the leather tannery of Ideal Creations. Ideal has adopted this hospital and is helping out wherever possible. In the first phase, sitting area and sun shelters have been built by the company. This has brough a lot of relief to the sick and needy and the effort has been much appreciated by the doctors and management of the hospital.

    Patients and their attendants coming to this hospital had to undergo severe hardship as there was no sitting area or shelter from severe sun. As a give back to the community in which we operate,

    Ideal has adopted this hospital and is helping out wherever possible. In the first phase, sitting area and sun shelters have been built by the company. This has brough a lot of relief to the sick and needy and the effort has been much appreciated by the doctors and management of the hospital.
